Bracknell Forest Community Network

Bracknell Forest Community Network (BFCN) works with partners in mental health and wider health and care systems. They support individuals living with a number of different mental health conditions to remain socially included by understanding their mental health and helping them to prevent relapses. Recovery
facilitators work with individuals to develop their confidence, life skills and resilience. BFCN provide a programme of activities for 18 - 35 year olds through a social group called 'Connecting Minds' and the same for those aged 35+, through a social group called 'Young at Heart'.
